Honestly, the property manager (Veronica Cerrud) seems to have her tenants best interest. She is very helpful when needed.

This is my second review regarding mice complains. From the past 2years I caught couple of them. My house is full of glue traps all over and it is highly unhigyneic from the kids. Maintenance comes but the issue is uncontrollable. It is unsanitary for my kids while mouse are running around.

Place is a mess. Article 11 from Leasing agreement 11 reminds tenants to conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb his neighbor's peaceful enjoyment of the unit. The tenant will be deemed in breach of this provision of the lease, if he or anyone else on his rental performs or permits any vocal activity, or plays or permits the playing any vocal instruments, radio, TV, stereo etc in such a manner as to disturb the peace and quiet of any neighbor. Those regulation are not enforced by the management. Another quote is from Welcome Kit " Please respect the privacy of your neighbor with regard to loud TV, stereos, radios and noisy parties. Please be polite to your downstairs neighbors when walking in your apartment" It is only on paper, reality of life is different, forget about taking a nap during a day when you are tried, or sick, even learning online is hard with your headphones on when your can hear child jumping in the apartment above you with a ceiling vibrating, or a neighbor playing loud stereo all day long with boom, boom sound coming through. You can also have a neighbor's who think they are renting a house not an apartment those people like to invite large number of quests who are parading in front of your door, speaking loudly day or night time (walls in the hallways make a voice sound louder - echo) a kids running in and out just like in the gym. NO REGARDS FOR THE OTHER NEIGHBORS.

This is nice location but other than that worse management against rats. I am dealing with this issue. Everytime they send someone but it's helpless. Rat issue is uncontrollable for them

This place has a pool, if you have any problems they will help you.This is a very good community, everyone likes to help others.I recommend this place for you.The office is very neat and provides you with some coffee, water, and snacks.On events they always have a cool contest that includes a great prize.But the only problem is the mice, once you get rid of one another comes along.
