        If you are looking to rent an apartment in this building, rethink that. As much as management likes to praise themselves on these review comments, it is not followed through once you move in. They are not friendly or accommodating. They will renegotiate lease terms and never agree to lower your rent after discussions. They took around $8k from our next door neighbors and at least $3k from my friends above me. They frequently cook the books to give you a better “deal” and then when you sign they take it away. Poor conditions don’t make the building any better.
