    I love living in Acadia. The staff in the leasing office are lovely, and sometimes, when im picking up packages from the concierge desks, I stop in to say hi. They are the absolute best in this area. I used to live in another apartment building, and it was far from the professionalism of the Acadia. My apartment is so beautiful, and if there is a problem, the maintenance staff can be easily contacted through the portal, and they get things fixed when you schedule it, i.e., emergency, priority, or routine. I am pleased and plan on staying in this building for a long time. It has already been three years, except for the rent increases; thank you, Amazon, I love it here.

    STAY AWAY! I have been awaiting an admin refund check since January with no assistance from anyone. I spoke with Kabi Ben and he stated that there is no record of them issuing it! Laila Williams with her continuous "I'll follow up shortly" WITH NO FOLLOW UP! Asisha Burch is completely radio silent but she's the Account Manager. HORRIBLE CORRUPT PEOPLE! They ignore you in hopes that you'll just go away! Customer service begins with the concierge who answers the phone. I called to speak with someone in the rental office and Joel, the concierge, was extremely short and rude with me. He stated that no one was in the rental office as they were conducting tours. I asked if he knew when someone would return, he verbatim stated, "When he's done!" I said excuse me as that was the rudest comment I have ever encountered. He immediately changed the way he stated it knowing that I caught on to the rude disposition.

    What can I say about this place. I moved in 6 months ago and have been pleased with the staff, especially Asia. You can really tell they care about the tenant. The place is beautiful and upkeep is routine. The location is great as it is next to a Whole Foods, Costco, Starbucks, Fashion center Mall, and the metro rail. There is paid parking option and the garage is never full. Someone is on staff 24/7 ready to answer any question. We truly love it her **Update after over a year Asia left the property but luckily the men at the front desk are still the best I've ever seen. I would not suggest getting a place above the gym as the tenants are not considerate when working out and you will hear constant weight dropping and slamming. And since it is 24 hours, could happen all day. The dogs on property are not always properly monitored by their owners. Tenants have allowed their dogs to poop and urinate in common areas and expect the staff to clean it. They also allow them to pee right outside the entrance doors, so that also smells like urine. There has been a serious plumbing issue which resulted in some apartments being flooded on multiple occasions. This caused the corridor on the floors to smell horrible. The furniture in the penthouse needs to be updated. Since the opening of the Met Park, there appears to be an uptick in homeless people sleeping in the park. I still really like the Apts and the upside are still present, but if they were to address those issues, this place will be more ideal.
