Pharmacist is very rude lacks empathy for patients who needs there medication hangs up on nurses and patients trying to get there medications filled one of my patients needed two prescriptions filled and was due today called in the morning just so I can pick it up for her pharmacist says we cant fill one but we are working on the other I tell her both medicines are covered by insurance she says hold on Ill check again ok sure go ahead 3 minutes later o ok its approved it will be ready soon I say how soon because I take care of two patients she says I cant rush to fill medications um ok how long it will be ready at 4 mind you I called at 7:30 am why would it take 7 hours to fill two prescriptions that early in the morning when its less busy Im sorry for anyone of you who went through this I will be calling corporate on her she needs to find a new job I suggest you do the same if you had this same treatment sick people dont deserve this type treatment from pharmacist

Pharmacist is rude, hung up on me repeatedly when attempting to provide information for a mutual patient medication she literally cannot live without (calling from a physicians office) and pushes you off the phone and will hang up on you during conversation once you eventually get her on the phone. Unacceptable service and attitude towards patients and Healthcare providers as a whole. Patients shouldn't suffer for her incompetence.

I have used this pharmacy twice without using the drive through. Both times they told me that my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. Both times I walked around the store for twenty minutes and both times they told me they were wrong and it would be an hour or two hours more. Go through the drive through if you have to come to this pharmacy.
