Doctor and her assistant were very nice. However, the practice does not follow the insurance guidelines and charges patients for additional services that does not cover by insurance. When you desperately needed the service and if the service has urgency, you have no choice to decline those charge. They would get your signatures on everything they want. However, those signatures are also under compulsion, since if you deny, you are not getting service. Again, if you have urgent need, you have to comply, pay all charges and agree with them 100%

I had severe tooth pain and needed urgent attention. The practice got me in the next day! Despite an unusual genetic mutation requiring a root canal, the specialist's care reassured me. The procedure was thorough, and I haven't felt any discomfort since!

Ive been loving this practice since day one. Dr. Eddy has fixed my issues. Everyone is great. I still go there for treatment.

Terrible experience. This place takes you in for an evaluation with Dr Shawn who tells you that the evaluation requires a different set of X-rays than the ones already taken by your dentist. These 3D X-rays are not covered by the insurance so they expect you to pay from your pocket for the 3D x-rays. The office does not warn you about this extra cost or even the need of the X-rays prior to making the appointment. The staff is not allowed to even provide approx cost of their services such a root can re treatment cost, implant or crowns unless you do the 3D x-rays. Since they denied the basic information I needed. I denied going back to be treated at Prestige because I do not appreciate wasting my time! I took off work time to attend this appointment just to be told my dentist x rays were worth nothing and that basically I pay on the spot for their X-rays I will not be informed of anything. Awful! Plus the person who was in charge of checking me out was rude. All in this office are trained to hustle selling!
