COMMUNITY TOWING

I was moving my stuff from my old place to my new place and had made sure I had removed the tag from my car and put it in the UHaul window before calling it a night. When I called the number to find out why my UHaul was towed at first he said it wasnt marked but then after checking the picture he changed the reason to say that it was a commercial vehicle and those werent allowed but anyone after a quick google search can see that UHaul trucks are not commercial vehicles. They charged me 530$ because of the weight and while I debated if I should take it to small claims court I relented because new car+new job. Service: Car towing

First of all they say that they are open 24 hours but nobody picks up their phone even at 8:30 p.m. I tried to call them to report one of their employees, who was very abusive in his language to me at a public place when we were in line. I have never used their services and knew nothing of them until one of their workers walked into a 7-Eleven in Sterling, VA behind Kohl's, and I was in his way and he was pushing toward me so I started backing up and then he said loudly in front of everyone that I looked like I was "twerking". I do not even know how to spell the word but I knew what it was, and I walked away and when I came back I was behind him in line and he kept turning around and told him he wanted me to get in front of him because he didn't want me behind him. He was wearing a community towing work shirt, and I felt this was an important thing to call management about but they never even would pick up their phone even though like I said they say they're open 24/7. I personally would not want to go through any company or recommend it or not tell other people that one of their employees feels it's okay to say to a woman who is half his size that she is backing up and twerking. Also, they are not even signed up with the Better Business Bureau. Given the absolute filth that they employ I am not surprised.
