In 3 day after they towed my vehicle they were trying to get the lien for it from DMV. lol good luck. Worst company ever. Never ever call this company! Scam!

Very very rude customer service. Big old lady was yelling at me for asking a simple question. And said if I was sure they towed my vehicle when I had a receipt and a crash report. A guy (who was polite and understanding) came to help find my vehicle and guess what ? They had my car under a different model thats why they couldnt find it. All that yelling because of their mistake. And she didnt even apologize at all. Just because its called redman doesnt mean you should act like one ! Shes lucky I was calm from the start and didnt even raise my tone a notch.

Was referred to this company by one that was too busy, and Im glad I was. Got the price over the phone and mileage cost so everything was up front. Tow showed up extremely fast, I think about 10 minutes.

They damaged my car while they illegally towed it and refused to pay for the damage they did. I am going to file a suitcase against them.
