His insights into market conditions were precise and reliable, which was particularly impressive given the difficult downturn and constantly changing market conditions we were dealing with. Shaun was infinitely patient with us, ensuring we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He took the time to listen to our concerns, address our questions, and provide clear explanations that made the entire process less daunting. Our successful sale was a direct result of his insights and strategic expertise. Shaun is incredibly committed to his clients -- both during the selling process and after the sale was complete. I'm a happy home owner because of Shaun. I lived in DC for 20 years before deciding that I wanted to buy a place. And since I use Yelp for everything else, I decided to see what the Peoplesaid about realtors in the area. As you can see, Shaun has a lot of fans. I loved what people had to say about him but it was really the video on his website that convinced me to set up a call with him. Hearing Shaun talk about where he grew up, how he ended up in DC and how he runs his business seemed almost too good to be true. But he's the real deal. Shaun wants to help you find your perfect place more than he wants to just sell you a house. Since I was doing this completely on my own it was important to me that I felt comfortable with my realtor. And while I took friends on a couple showings, in the end it was Shaun that helped me figure out which place was right for me. He would gently point out things that maybe I didn't notice or tell me when something wasn't as big of a deal as I thought. When I tried to talk myself into something he would remind me of the reoccurring dream I had about more space and how maybe XX wasn't a good fit if that was still important to me. I was on the fence about whether I wanted to leave the District. I ended up buying in DC but Shaun did a good job showing me all around Old Town. He'd listen to what I liked and didn't like and then adjust what we would look at the next time And while I'm going to be a city mouse a while longer, I made him promise that when the time comes he will help me sell my current place and buy the next one -- I'm eyeing the Parker-Gray area. Lastly Shaun has a guy for everything. Need a lender, Shaun's gotta guy. Need an electrician, gotta guy. Inspector, check. And this network is just as solid as Shaun. His network walked me through everything as a first time home buyer. I hear people talk about how hard it is to buy a place and honestly that wasn't my experience, at all. Clearly buying a place isn't like picking a happy hour spot but once again Yelp pointed me in the right direction. I love my place and finding and buying it was a really great experience because of Shaun. If I could give him 10 stars and 2 energy drinks, I would.

Shaun was an absolutely fantastic agent to work with, and just a great person. It was clear to me from early on that he was going to be someone we could rely on to navigate a difficult and uncertain housing market. As first time buyers, I always felt like Shaun had our interests at heart and wanted to make sure we ended up somewhere we would be happy. He routinely went above and beyond to get us into showings last minute, and was always there when we we needed his opinion or advice. He is obviously both extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and is clearly well-known and respected by his peers. When we needed to take a break from looking partway through, Shaun was right there to pick back up where we started when the time came. In the end, Shaun got us into a house we love at a price we could afford - which in this market is about the best endorsement imaginable. I would recommend Shaun wholeheartedly - there really is no reason to look any further. I know I will absolutely look to use him again in the future.

Shaun helped me buy a house in Old Town. I started working with him while living overseas and he accommodated virtual showings making the process seamless. I was buying at the height of the market and at times I wanted to "settle" but Shaun always encouraged me to wait for the right house. He cared more about me making a smart purchase than making a quick commission. I loved how he would point out things I didn't know to look for and it's obvious he is knowledgeable about homes and the real estate market in Alexandria. Even after my purchase, Shaun has been a great resource for contractor recommendations and is always there when I have a question or need advice. I feel like he is a friend now and thankful I choose to work with him to buy my house. It can be intimidating buying in an unfamiliar city but he always made it easy.
