We happened to come across Mike by chance, and we're so thankful we did. Mike easily was able to understand what we were looking for and went above and beyond to be there for us through different parts of the process. Before meeting with him for the first time, we reached out to him and despite having a late flight back in town, he met with us for our first tour early next day and had since then, only shown us listings that matched our criteria and made time for us whenever possible. It is not always easy looking for the right fit, but Mike made it so much easier to navigate a tough housing market. If you need a real estate agent, Mike is an easy yes. Also wanted to say thank you to his assistant Kate for being such a pleasure to work with and so helpful when it came to closing. She expertly analyzed and organized the salient information from various offers and promptly answered any questions we had with facts and insight. This is the third time I have bought and sold my home (in three different states), and Bethany is by far the best and most pleasant realtor I have worked with. I randomly connected with Mike, but I am SO glad I did. After talking for a few minutes, we each realized the other was a Marine and shared a common background which meant Mike understood exactly what I was looking for. Highly professional, extremely smart, and empathetic to our needs are three ways I would describe Mike. Although the home we found didn't have an assumable VA loan, Mike had a omnipotent understanding of how to leverage them. He helped us close an outstanding deal, below asking, and kept us informed from the beginning and after closing. Whether you are a military member or not, I would recommend Mike 10 out of 10 times if you're looking for a home in the Northern VA area.
