She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very communicative, holding our hands throughout what was, for us, an unfamiliar and sometimes stressful process. I connected some family members with Susie to help them navigate the real estate market and purchase their next home in the DC area. I'm so glad that I trusted her with my family. She was patient, kind, and was a huge help to them. I had always heard real estate in the DC area was very difficult and competitive and finding a professional who can proficiently navigate such an intense market is very important. Susie did a fantastic job with such a limited range of options she was given. I will trust Susie with any future referrals I may have for her in her service areas.

We could not be more satisfied with Susie. She is an excellent listener and really took the time to understand our needs. She made astute recommendations on improving our home prior to the sale connecting us with a top notch contractor and stager. She knows the DMV market very well and provided strategic advice on sale, price, and timing. Our whole family enjoyed interacting with Susie including our dog who is normally aloof to newcomers. We are sure she would be as skillful on the buyer side and hope to work with her again in the future.

Susie was a great realtor who helped us navigate a very difficult real estate market. Her experience, tenacity and her ability to prioritize our needs made it possible for our family to buy our first home. As first time home buyers, we had alot of questions and concerns which she very patiently walked us through (no issue was too small and she took them all as seriously as we did). Susie basically did the impossible and found us a home with our initial wish list of items even in this tough buyers market. Susie is very responsible, detail orientated, professional and calm and practical under pressure. She had a plan to address every home we were interested in and how to play to our strengths to create the most attractive offer. I also really appreciated that she went above and beyond to pull together last minute offers (often on weekends and holiday weekends) to meet fast paced offer deadlines. I also appreciated her candor and honesty throughout the process and felt like we had a true partner who understood our priorities and made them her own as well. We loved working with Susie and would work with her again in a heartbeat (although she did such a great job with our first home that I hope we wont need to for a while!).

My wife and I had a great experience working with Susie! The realtor we used for our first property wasnt very supportive, so I did a lot of research the second time around and Im so glad I found Susie! She always made time to talk to us and explained the process thoroughly. When we had issues with the process she always fought for us and got us a great deal! She always had great recommendations and even after we moved in she still helped us by referring an amazing contractor. I highly recommend working with her, home buying can be a tricky/overwhelming process but I can truly say it was very manageable working with Susie! Look forward to working with her again in the future!
