Toppers Pizza

They canceled my online order. Never called. I happened to look at my tracking an hr later. No email no call. Said they didnt have a driver.

This was an unpleasant experience visiting your store last night we placed an order online and paid we were super excited to try vegan pizza we drove over 45 minutes to pick up our order to be told that they have closed early by the manager on duty there was no information give to us to insure or that we will receive a refund for the order we have placed when trying to get more information from your manager on duty he had the nastiest attitude towards us for trying to get the information I was so confused because the online website is showing that the order is still being processed so Im confused how your closed but my order is still in the system I hope someone can get to the bottom of this horrible customer service and resolution for my online order

Not only the pizza was fantastic. The customer service was second to none. They accidentally made one of our three pizzas with the wrong crust and immediately called it out on their own and at no fuss made a new on the spot. They even gave the wrong pizza free of charge to us. This was one of our late night meals and close to closing; yet they made our order perfect. Wished they had one in Texas!

Ordered like 6 pizzas at 12:15pm. After two hours of waiting, I called the store to see why it is getting delayed and found out my order neven been even started. Wont order from here forever.

I ordered 21 wings mild and garlic and payed also never received, 3 hours later reviewed 21 plane wings. Terrible customer service and not what I ordered.
