Worst experience having my oil change done. Went in for a simple oil change after finding a Groupon. Was not my first time there but will definitely not be returning. When I first got there, the rep told me that my voucher is not valid due to me getting the voucher that day. I assured him that I had done the same thing before and it was not an issue. He attempted and it went through. Then once scanning the voucher, he charged me what he told me was the difference but what I was charged was more than the voucher itself. The voucher was $46 and he additionally charged me $58. I do not think he knew what he was doing or was equipped to deal w/customers. Did not honor the voucher or have his manager assist in the situation. Bad customer service.

Came here to get a much needed oil change. I usually go to the Fairfax location but decided to give this one a try. I was impressed by the attentiveness and quality of the customer service. The staff were friendly and very informative. It was easy for me to use my Groupon for the full synthetic oil change and staff was able to inform me of the up-sells without being pushy. Pure quality I definitely recommend stopping by here for your next oil change.

Excellent service, they inform you of possible maintenance that you need at the moment with an emergency or that your car will need in the future
