I was just there yesterday to get a tune up. I spoke with Jacob and let him know I had a Dr appointment before I came. He did his best to get me in and out which was appreciated but heres the bad part. 30 min after leaving, my check engine light comes on and is still on the following day. I called and spoke to Rashad who tells me that I should bring my car in to do a diagnosis which is going to cost me $180. IF it is something THEY did, I wont be charged however if they do find something wrong with the car, Ill HAVE to get it repaired there or else Ill be charged the $180. First off I work and cant just take off. Second, why should I be charged for a diagnostics and then bullied into services to my car? CLEARLY the light wasnt on when I left or Chevy would have noticed!

Like any dealer, your best deal will be up to you in negotiations. That said, Lloyd was great to work with and was honest and upfront right from the start!

There customer service is the worst, i left my vehicle a week ago as of Tuesday and yet i havnt received a call regarding the status on my vehicle. I keep calling and noone can assist me. They always transferring me to the voicemail. I left four voicemails and no call back. I am never going back to this dealership. I just hope they fix ny car right. Very disappointing.

Imagine saying you're open on labor day, making an appointment for 8:30am on labor day, and not actually being open on labor day. New awful experience: Called ahead to make sure parts dept was absolutely sure they could cut my vehicle's key. Drove an hour AGAIN only to be told they can't cut my key. Do NOT come here
