Trinity Nails Spa

I tried Trinity Nails Spa since their location is extremely convenient for me and Im glad I did! Cindy has done my nails twice so far and each time its been great and exactly what I wanted. Everyone there is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. Will return again :)

My husband and I were looking for a new nail salon to change it up a bit. This one looks like it had good reviews. Friendly staff however, the lady kept making my big toe bleed and acted like nothing. I would say pretty painful. Now what bothers me the most is that she keeps changing prices even though prices are clearly displayed online. I have a feeling because we are two guys getting a pedicure she thought we won't know much about that service. We wanted a fast 30 min $ dollar mani instead we got charged $40 after she said it was $35 instead plus buffing . Not only did she charge us more than what they advertise, she charged me for something that is included already. After I confronted her about the prices she laughed and said "I know I'm sorry". So I still paid $40 for a $30 mani. A very bad way to do business. Never going back again. Update: Added photo one day after pedicure. Day of pedicure, yesterday, it was bleeding. Today no blood, but painful. Extremely disappointed.

My daughter wanted her nails done for the first time with acrylic, my husband treated her to it. He gave me the money before work for a full set and while we were there my daughter had a change of heart and asked to get French tip because she loved the natural look, instead of one solid color. I decided to do it for her, my daughter is a very humble child and don't want much so I wanted to do it for her. At the end of the service I only had two dollars left for a tip. The tech with the dimples did something so disgusting, which put the two dollars up in the air and waved it around to the other tech that did my daughters nail and yelled out loud in front of all of the customers "She gave you a two dollar tip" in a sarcastic tone. They communicated in Vietnamese talking about us, I had my Google translator on my phone to hear what was going on. I was so embarrassed but I guess that was the purpose of them flagging around the money and yelling about it out loud. That was a terrible thing to do and rather you receive a tip or not, your integrity should not change to being demeaning. I will never go back there again!!
