This was my first time here and everything ran so smoothly. I loved the service, the atmosphere, staffs and the most importantly the quality of the work. I will 100% be returning on next time.

Beautiful place! Sophia is the best. She is my go-to for my nails and pedicure. Her work is just impecable! Today was my second time and will continue to go as long as she is there.

Just because the place is consistently empty, it doesn't really give it right to lie about prices or be shady about promotions. I always get the Sport pedicure (witch is a regular pedicure with the callus removal). Because it is a very simple service I usually rotate 2-3places I go to. Yesterday I've received the promo from this place that reads "client appreciation 15$ off for your next service" so I thought, perfect, I'll come here this time. I went there before and got the same thing for 47$ maybe a month ago. Upon coming in place was empty as always and 1 nail tech was working. So I said I want sport pedicure and mentioned that I will be using their promo. The managed asked "What promo?" and I showed him the message. He didn't deny or explain anything. The pedicure itself was good. The lady used scrub and removed callus like the last time when I was there. Upon checking out manager said that my total was 56$. Why 56? because he considers callus removal an extra service I guess. Why wasn't is last time? Who knows. Was any of that mentioned before service? Of course not. Than he gives me 15$ Gift card that I can only use next time. '15$ off for your next visit' is apparently not today. Was that mentioned to me when I showed the promo message? Of course not. So ,overall, I just feel that this was made to have a naive people like me to make it through the door, and than they will upcharge them later. I really don't think my little pedicure would save their business. Its a shame that a good nail tech and a brand new location still was overpowered by greed (or desperation). Last time I was there I was asked why don't I do gel, my friend that also lives in Beacon told me they tried to upsell aggressively so she won't go back.. Anyways, If someone wants my 15$ "appreciation" lie of a gift dm me, cause clearly it won't be pleasant to go back. Responce to your edit: yes, you can gaslight me or you can rework the wording and clarity on your offers so as service. The fact that your business is empty 3 month after opening speaks for itself.

They dont really have all the services listed on their website. Based on reviews it sounds like nail services are great but scheduling for anything else is a nightmare/requires too much back and forth. Feels unprofessional. They should consider removing advertising for services they dont have fully sorted out yet. No shame in just being a really great nail place & it would help build up more trust with potential customers.
