We recently bought a home with the help of Rob Clark and were very happy with the service he and Lisa Riley provided throughout the entire process.  We had a pretty tight turnaround and Rob and Lisa were able to keep things moving along smoothly.  Rob and Lisa were both very responsive and helpful - always willing to schedule a call to provide updates and answer any questions we had.  They made the process easy for us to understand and gave us the feeling that we were in good hands.  We encountered no surprises or setbacks and are grateful for the exceptional service from Rob and Lisa.  We highly recommend them.

My husband and I just purchased our first home with Rob's help and we could not be happier. We interviewed several potential lenders, but Rob was head and shoulders above the others. As newbies to the process, Rob walked us through every step of the mortgage process and answered every question we had (on nights and weekends too!). He even sent us sample loan estimates before we placed offers, just so we could get a sense of closing costs and monthly payments!Rob was always responsive, always friendly and always willing to share his wealth of knowledge. We heard nightmares about how arduous the mortgage process could be, but that was definitely not the case for us. Because of Rob, our experience was smooth and we closed on time.Rob (and his incredible team) are wonderful. From the get go, Rob Clark was so personable and approachable over the phone. He took the effort to get to know our mortgage needs based on our individual situation instead of offering any cookie cutter advice. Given today's digital or online only model of new mortgage applications, such skills in providing tailored feedback is an asset. When we were hesitant to increase our budget for a new home due to a tight market and limited inventory, Rob walked us through various payment scenarios for various home prices. He thoughtful asked us to consider what level of payment was comfortable. That gave us confidence. While verifying our application line by line, Rob made it interesting by blending his personal stories. During the entire digital mortgage application process, Rob and his colleague Lisa Riley was consistently accessible by phone and email. When not available by phone, their response time was within the hour. They enthusiastically answered or clarified every question and made us comfortable. Rob has been in the business for over two decades and it clearly shows. We would highly recommend Rob for first-time home buyers or even repeat home buyers. At some point, I hope to utilize his services for any refinancing opportunities.

I agree with Erik's review below.  I don't know what happened with the bottom reviewer to cause such a low rating, but Rob is fantastic.  I've used him twice now. Once to obtain a mortgage, and again to refinance it a few years later.  He is smart, honest, friendly, and simply on it.  Two of my friends have also worked with Rob on my recommendation, and both of them share my same opinion.  Go with Rob, you won't be sorry.
