Chris and his team were very patient, tremendously helpful and truly accomodating. I have never had a loan go through the process so quickly and seamlessly. From the time the contract was signed to closing, was only three weeks! I've bought many houses before, but I've never had a loan go as smoothly and effortlessly as going through ACM. Chris also knew the rules with VA loans, which was very helpful and gave me the ease of mind. Conversely, I went to another lender who had no idea what the rules were with VA loans and in that minute, I knew I would trust Chris and ACM with my lending needs. The communication between Chris and his team with me was also very open and continuous. My questions were answered in a timely manner and I didn't have to worry if I wasn't going to hear back from Chris or his team members. I am truly impressed with Chris and ACM. I plan to use them for my future lending needs and have already recommended them to at least one of my co-workers. Outstanding job Chris and ACM!
