        Paid $35 for two burrito bowls that they didnt even make correctly. Told them multiple times that they were putting the incorrect ingredients into the incorrect bowls and they ignored the comments.

        Decent chipotle. Ive gone many times for lunch and staff is always kind to me. Only complaint is that they really cant roll a burrito, always leaking and falling apart. Also frequently out of cups and many sodas. Honestly 3.5 is about right. Seems like a lot of complaints are about late night service.

        You MUST make it a point to check your order at pickup before leaving the store as all too often you will absolutely not be receiving what you asked for. This is not the first time this has happened to us, but usually we dont have bad service like this literally anywhere else we go and admittedly, forgot that this was something you must do when ordering online at this chipotle location.
