The birthday lunch was so much fun. They put a candle in a tiramisu for my sister. The salads were amazing.

We were expecting more from a place with 4.5 stars. The bar we waited for our reservations had some crumbs and sticky counter-top. The individuals working behind the bar could have done a quick wet rag once over but no. We asked for a sweet wine but they apparently did not have something on the much sweeter side. I ordered the smoky cocktail and the look of it was nice but there were ashes inside the beverage. A smoke gun for $30-50 can make less of a mess. The food was average at best. The Pane Al Formaggio was not the Hokey Pokey. It was just glorified cheese covered garlic loaf with marinara. The zucchini fries were ACTUALLY GOOD, the batter held on quite well for a watered vegetable. Our entrees were the most upsetting. Both of our pasta dishes had undercooked pasta. They definitely needed another minute in boiling water. Nothing really stood out enough to want to come back.
