Amazing service!!! We walked into the store to pick up a replacement phone as I had been having screen display problems. We were greeted immediately by Terrance. Before switching the phones, he asked what the problem had been. Upon hearing the situation, he spent about 5 minutes and took care of all the concerns. The phone was like new!!! Whatever training the staff at this store receives should be shared with the T-Mobile store in Annandale. We spent a couple of hours there the other day with them not willing to even try to fix it. Thank you Terrance!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to TJ, though, because he made the experience 1000x better!! His friendly attitude made it a pleasure to work with him. Even though we had to wait a bit since everybody was busy, he came right over and greeted us with a smile once he was available. Everything went smoothly, and his amiable demeanor made our trip not seem like the chore it was. Hassan was also a nice assistance. They are valuable assets to T-Mobile :)
