Called for the washing machine repair. I wanted to buy a new one, but since we urgently needed to get it back working for the business, decided to repair. It was a huge mistake. The technician came for the diagonstic and gave an invoice for the repair parts and labor. We immediately paid the full amount once the job was completed. But when we tried to use it after the technician left, the water flooded. And until his 7th visit, the issue has been not resolved and what is worse that each time they told me I need to replace additional parts. When things were getting frustrating, the office person and the technician keep changing their words, were late on several appointments, and insulted me with curse words. Untreatable and dishonest business.
