Thank you so much Any appliance service. My health is not that good and on a snowy nasty day Ken came out and did a great job fixing my freezer. Ken was very quick and thorough resolved my issue. I would not hesitate to use this company again thank you so much.

Ken, the technician, fixed my parents dryer. He was great! He arrived on time, was friendly, and actually fixed the dryer in just one 10-minute visit. Awesome! The total price was reasonable, too.

Terrible service! Huge scam do not use! I was at work when they came to the house. My wife had to deal with them. They came to look at our washer and told us it would be $700 to fix. While doing that he "discovered" the drier vent hose was broken. It looked like he cut it. He offered to replace it since he was already here. He did not provide a quote to my wife prior to the "repair". He charged us $89 for the service call and $155 to replace the part. After I got home I called the office and got the run around I called the technician and was told it was "a good price". He claimed parts and labor. He was in my house for 37 mins total, including the original diagnostic (I have security cameras). Total scam that took advantage of a distracted mother. In the end they refunded $30.
