Very poor communication and not professional. The owner was nice during my EV charger install evaluation but it was downhill from there. It was impossible to know who to ask (electricians or owner) about scheduling or cost estimates. The whole thing was way too informal with random texts from electricians trying to schedule work for the next day. It was impossible to schedule anything because you cant tell whether scheduling needs to go through the owner or through the electrician doing the job. And they wouldnt schedule a few days in advance. They would just text you the day before trying to schedule a full days work for the next day. Final straw was trying to up my estimate by $400 the day they were scheduled to come out to do the installation. Services: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading, Electrical outlet & switch installation
