This is by far the most ghetto pharmacy I have ever encountered. No one answers the phone, not even the pharmacy. If youre going to die, you will definitely do so at this pharmacy. I wouldnt recommended this ghetto pharmacy to anyone. CVS should close this locationthats how trashy it is.

I wish I could give them less stars. They have the most uncoordinated, unprofessional, disorganized pharmacy in the area. The only reason they get as much business as they do is because they are the only 24hr pharmacy in a 10mi radius. The MANAGER of the pharmacy will lie to your face about what he said to you days prior and then gaslight you about your experience. They gave me half my daughters requisite prescription of a scheduled substance for her epilepsy (they gave me the open stock bottle, not a new one as her prescription required) and then had the audacity to question my integrity when I went back to correct it. PULL UP THE CAMERAS. Do yourself a favor and go to LITERALLY ANY OTHER PHARMACY in the area. Anything would be better than here; they are absolutely vile and terrible. I opened a corporate complaint with CVS about them and didnt even get the basest of apologies for their incompetence. TERRIBLE people masquerading as healers. They are liars and have no compassion whatsoever. Also, every time I have been there, all the pharmacy techs are sharing POS terminals and cashier station log-ins. No accountability.

Pharmacy is a bit of a mess. They never pick up the phone or hang-up on your after waiting a while. They also keep telling me my prescription will be filled in 48horus but they never fill it? Going on 2 weeks now. I don't know if they are short staffed or there is simply poor (or no) management. It's extremely frustrating, use another CVS, there are several, arguably better near by.
