Fontanelle Academy of Early Learning

Good evening, I have my child in fontanelle it's been more than a year and I am very satisfied with the service, they are very attentive to the little care, my child is very fulfilled.

I called around 11:15 am 3/15/24 to inquire about my child attending the academy. Immediately placed on hold for 5 mins only to have my phone number written down and someone would give me a call back in a hour. Called back at 4:10 pm to find out they dont have my information and the excuse of the facility is in training as well as an argumentative employee who still could not help me with the process of enrollment. Im definitely looking else where because I can only imagine how they treat the childern.

We were really interested in a tour because of the good reviews but I find it unprofessional how Ive had to track them down for an email reply and the phone number listed goes straight to voice mail every time I call. What if I enrolled my child here and had to reach someone at the facility? Theres no way to even get to a person. Will NOT be considering this facility after all.

This place really did save me. I was a single father going through a very difficult time with my 2 children and this place took such good care of us and got us through it. They are kind and loving and focus on education and fun. I would trust any age child here.
