DTLC is a great, loving place. Ms Edith and Ms Adriane are especially lovely, but honestly all of the teachers are. Like any daycare, there are pros and cons, and there are rules for sickness, etc., but overall DTLC is very communicative, organized, loving towards all children, open-minded, and a safe place to send children to. Also - Their "parents night out" for $20 once a month is a total steal & a real gift to all of us local parents. I've been really happy with our experience there over the last 18-months. I highly recommend touring & checking it out to see if it's right for you :)

Excellent experience. Our toddler developed so quickly socially, emotionally and academically. The teachers were amazing and the facility was very secure. This place is a hidden gem.

We loved our time at DTLA. Even when we moved far away, we stayed as long as we could. Ms. Stephanie has created a unique environment for her staff and the kids. She is adamant about proper staff training and takes staff culture very seriously. We had a bumpy start with our son transitioning in the beginning and she jumped in right away to help him adjust with the class and ease our new parent fears. Communication only got better during our stay which can be difficult for centers to implement at a teacher to parent level. I have worked and been involved with many daycare centers and I can say DTLA/C is rare in the fact that they are hyper focused on creating a positive, enriching, inclusive, and safe environment for all involved - this is super important for the staff because when the staff are valued, they thrive , and so do the kids. Special shout out to Ms. Mya, Ms. India, Ms. Lamicka, and Ms. Tiana for all they did for our son and behind the scenes.
