The lady that works here at night is awful I go in there I get what i need ready to check out there are four employees working in the store I asked the manager who was behind the counter with her if he could ring my stuff the lady started screaming at me I needed to wait all while she was closing down the lottery and the other employees where doing nothing she then took my stuff and refused to ring it the manager allowed her I am In a Lyft just coming from work so Im being charged extra the manager finally tells her to ring my stuff she tells me next time chose another 711 she wont be ringing my stuff shes very nasty and mean I also see where a lot of people have reported her and nothing has been done I will be reporting this 711 to the better business bureau

THIEVES. THE LADY AT THE FRONT IS A MISERABLE HUMAN BEING. They are advertising $4 when you buy 2 packs of vapes, I bought 4 and she refused to give the additional discount, yelled at me for asking her about it, refused to answer my question, told me I was holding up the line and to put my card in the machine. EVERYTIME I go to this 7 11 she is arguing with someone. TERRIBLE customer service, miserable person. Go to ANY OTHER 7 11 because no matter the day, she's looking to fight or argue with someone.

If you have dark skin expect to get followed. The men working here are outright discriminatory. When confronted, the young man even openly admitted that he has to watch me as I shop. Harassed, and treated like a criminal. I would not recommend this location.

Poor customer service, I called and asked if an item that I wanted to go and buy was available but a woman who picked up the phone told me that I she was busy and I should come and check myself. I found this rude and and inappropriate.
