        I came in on a Wednesday spoke with John Bravo. He advised that he could do my phone trade in for me. If he did the process there would be a $200 service fee. I ended up deciding to do the process online. Online offers express pick up in 2-3 hours for my new phone. I didnt get a notification Wednesday, or Thursday. I called the store number its incorrect. I called Verizon. They werent able to help. I finally come in Friday! Keep in mind STILL hadnt got a notification that my phone was ready. I speak to John again and he immediately goes to back to process the order. So the WHOLE time my order was just sitting. Horrible service. I waited for 30 mins waiting for him to figure out how to complete my order while switching between another customer and I. Didnt feel like I was a priority after their mess up. Thinking about switching companies.
