T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I came in with my daughter nearly 7 months ago. Long story short, my daughter was given a business plan. She was informed that she would get two Samsung tablets and it was a "free" promotion. We were perplexed. We didn't ask for or need any tablets. We asked multiple times as to why T-Mobile would be giving away free tablets and yet again, we were informed that they were "free" and it was a promotion. Okay. We thought, maybe we could donate the tablets as we are not in need of them. Come to find out, she has been charged $40.00 per month for these so called "free" tablets over the last seven months and yes, thats on her because she is on autopay and never looked at her bill. Lesson learned. Just spent well over an hour with T-Mobile customer support and paid off an additional $266.54 vs paying $40.00 per month over the next 16 months for something she never needed nor asked for. T-Mobile customer support was perplexed as well as to why someone who is clearly not in business would want a business account. Rather than just keep things real and be honest, the employees who were super helpful and kind, ended up costing my daughter nearly $800 dollars for something she never wanted nor asked for. Maybe thats how this store does business and maybe there are rewards for pushing things that customers don't need or want however, this doesn't sit right with me at all. As of today, my daughter has paid $756.00 for tablets that were "free". If you are pushing something, keep it real. Don't inform customers that something is "free" when it clearly isn't.

I don't even know how to start I had a horrible experience these two guys were so disrespectful to me diangailo and anderson I think that was their names they both dint want to do their jobs Diangailo told me to leave the store and go to another store and Anderson was just laughing they have bad costumes service skills I give them a 0/10

Received excellent and knowledgeable service from Diangelo. If you need a TMobile store, I highly recommend this one.

A very wonderful shop with caring and supportive staff. Deangelo was very patient with me since I came in asking him for help with my new phone screen protective shield. Then he waited all the way until we transferred my old phone data to the new one. He is very agile and supportive with customers and does the best to make customers happy and satisfied.
