    Quality work During the numerous occasions I had my car serviced there , but nearly four decades back, one of their maintenance people ground down my pads during a break inspection and then charged me for a new brake job. That was the last time I ever visited them. 'Glad I kept the parts and brought them to a reputable service technician for a second opinion. To be fair, they may be under New Management, but you take over the company, you take over their reputation too. Three stars because of the company they were up until that incident and the company I hope they are today. In any case, I am just getting back to reviewing them now.

    If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Absolutely awful. I dropped off my car a few weeks ago with a check engine light on. When I dropped off the car, I told the service advisor, Ricky I think it was, that I just had an engine tune-up done about 6 months prior - including new spark plugs, etc. I also told him I had to rent a car because this was our only one and to please not take too long to get back to me. I dropped the car off on Monday morning at 8am. No call all day. I called in the afternoon asking for a status, no call back. I called on Tuesday, nothing. Then I get a text with a link. When I opened it, it was an estimate for over $2,500 in work - most listed under needs immediate attention which included spark plugs and engine coolant! I called asking for clarification - no call back. I approved the sensor which was the only reason the light was on so we could fix the problem that was immediate to me and then the link died and you couldnt access it anymore. I texted to be called back - nothing. Left two more voicemails - nothing. Wednesday comes I call and leave another message and dont get a call until almost 4pm - stating there is no sensor with 66 miles of here but being told the coolant was done. When I said I wanted to discuss before work was done because I was confused as to why spark plugs and engine coolant were even recommended, I was told there was a visual inspection. When I pressed as to what that meant - he told me hed check with the tech about it and also check to see if the coolant was completed (even though he just said it was done) and call me back. Then I get a call back telling me none of work was done and now, miraculously, they found a sensor. When I asked again about the spark plugs and the coolant, he now said it was recommended based on the cars age and mileage. When I asked what they visually saw during inspection that would have it under needs immediate attention he just repeated it was recommended based on the age and mileage. When I pressed that that made no sense, especially given I told him theyd be changed recently - it became very apparent I was being run around. I told him I didnt want them to do anything and I was coming to get the car. When we got there we were told itd be pulled around. I also asked to speak to management. I was told the service manager had already left for the day and he put my info on a post-it note and said hed call me back - also never happened. They made us wait (with 2 small kids in tow) for almost 40 min. It was close to closing time so everyone disappeared. We were in the bathroom when the car finally came out and there was nobody in it and the car left on with the keys in the cup holder. We didnt get a mile down the road when it started to rain and my husband noticed that the 4x4 wheel wasnt working and no lights were on. I called and left a message - no answer. I called again and got a receptionist who put me on hold indefinitely. I left another message saying we didnt have this issue before we dropped the car off nor was it a part of the estimate. I asked to speak to a manger again, no call back. I ended up taking the car to another dealership with a print out of what they said was wrong. After another inspection and diagnostic - the only thing that needed to be replaced was the O2 sensor and now the 4x4 wheel/switch. Im also out almost $200 in rentals fees for 3 days of nothing happening to my car. Liars and more dangerously straight fraud. They are trying to take advantage of folks that dont know anything about cars and dont ask questions. Its a predatory practice to put things in RED and say NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION in all caps - when there isnt anything wrong at all. Take your car elsewhere. This place is the worst.

To be fair, they may be under New Management, but you take over the company, you take over their reputation too. Three stars because of the company they were up until that incident and the company I hope they are today.
In any case, I am just getting back to reviewing them now.
