        Can't recommend Import Auto Service highly enough. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Every interaction I've had with them - from annual inspections and oil changes to larger system repairs, from phone calls to text/email mesaages - has been positive. I also really appreciate how transparent/clear they are with their estimates and invoices, as well as being able to readily access all the paperwork digitally. For reference, I drive a 2004 Lexus Rx330.

        Excellent customer service and follow up. Expedient completion of service, done while waited and clear, concise, and gracious explanations of vehicle inspection. Will now be my go-to shop for servicing my new (to me) 2019 Audi Q7. Definitely recommend IAS!
