        Ive never had an issue with the work performed on my car by Nielsens but Ive experienced that their prices are higher than the prices charged at the new car dealer and like the dealers they recommend a lot of additional maintenance.

        I drive an older Civic and have been struggling to find a part for months... 50 minutes after walking in and they tell me they could order the part and attach it in less than 3 days for a fairly tidy sum making this my new favorite location to get my car fixed! No nonsense, no fluff, and no games... Always wanted to get a dependable car especially for an older piece and I think I've finally found one!
