I have lived here for a few years through a few management changes and have enjoyed my experience at this complex. This management is definitely more responsive than the others in the past. I also like that our apartments have been converted to smart apartments (with smart locks, sensors, and thermostats) and having a dry cleaner in the building is super convenient. The apartments are spacious, come with washers and dryers, and balconies, and generally I only hear neighbors in the hall or if theyre running or being excessively loud (like playing music with excessive bass). For the price you cant beat it especially compared to the prices of apartments in DC. That was one reason why I picked this place, its close enough to the city by car but still far enough out where the cost is just a bit lower. Like all apartments, there are issues, like the elevators go out frequently as the building gets older, but management does a good job to make sure residents concerns are heard and does a good job of keeping us informed. Maintenance is efficient and fixes issues in a timely manner and keeps them updated. The property management team is always friendly and responsive. Im planning on living here until I buy a property of my own.

Been counting down the days I get to leave ever since I moved in. This place is dirty and the carpets are all ripped up. Also, I have had packages stolen, but that could happen anywhere. Whats really annoying is the lack of maintenance care put into work orders. Nothing ever gets fixed but its marked as complete. Leasing staff says they will follow up with things but never do. Imagine after all that having the rent spike by $200. Just a bad place to live overall.
