        Caution: Ive lived here for almost a year and would not re-sign. The dog park amenity has shards of glass in it and is really just a dirt lot with a fence. Ive also found multiple ticks on my dog after being there. Ive brought this to managements attention multiple times and nothing has been done. The property recently took ~50 of the best parking spaces in the garage and started charging a premium for reserved parking. They use scare tactics like towing and additional fees to keep their tenants on edge. The icing on the cake was when they started to reserve the public conference rooms without establishing any sign-up portal or signage. Beware - this building continues to restrict access to what they flaunt as public amenities.

        Beautiful apartment, friendly staff. I never saw a broken elevators, broken entry doors, or broken package room doors since I moved in about 6 months ago as it was mentioned in some reviews. The only thing that I don't like and I can't blame it on management is about some residents walking their dogs to the parking garage for potty.

        I repeated told Djene Moyer I wasn't not interested in the property. I text and email wont stop. This property sucks and when you have to harass people it just confirms everything.
