Vince and his crew are true professionals; from how clean they left the area that was flooded after they removed damaged flooring, to communicating what they worked on and informing us about the equipment left behind to manage the mitigation, to checking in to assure that the damage was no longer continuing to spread.

Our hot water tank flooded our basement, and Kory & John arrived quickly after contacting them to begin drying and mitigation. They did excellent work taking up the floors, moving valuable items, and getting the area dried. Fantastic service!

Our water softening system sprung a leak from a broken pipe. We did not discover until hours later. We called Puro Clean and within 24 hours someone was here and eager to get the job going. His name is Austin, he was not only polite, professional but absolutely awesome overall. He took both of my great danes in stride which is sometimes difficult but they became friends. I definitely would recommend Pur Clean and especially Austin!! You will NOT be disappointed!!
