When entering the room, there was only 1 bed prepared when we are 4 guests. The sofa bed wasnt clean since a while, sand and dust in it. Under the sofa bed was all kind of stuffs (pennies, hairpin,etc.) Talked to manager and only thing offered was to cancel because every other rooms were full. Didnt tried to offer me compensation on anything. Plus, told them there was a hole inside. A houseman were kindly enough to close it with carton and tape but the cold was getting inside.... The breakfast was OK but no bacon and fruits were almost passed due.... For me, never again. Never again. Edit : the anwser is empty, didnt even tried to justify or explain. Future customers, beware Rooms: dirty. old.

The rooms lack cleanliness. When I arrived, there were red stains on the carpet and large white stains on a lamp. At least the bed was clean. We could hear people above us and a dog barking. If your standards are not too high, I recommend, otherwise no.

I too would be upset at spending 400, smelling cigs, pillowcase stains etc. But at under 100 after tax and experiencing none of that, for a king suite w kitchen. I'm satisfied. the breakfast is ok if you generally stay away from the hot stuff- the egg scramble is still a half step above the last 2 Hiltons i stayed at. Soo.. they have a sign in front of the breakfast suggesting yogurt and fruit- there was no yogurt to be found.

I thought it was a great place. It's older but very accommodating. I would stay here again if I was in the area
