As a first time homeowner, I cringed at the signs of water damage and what lied ahead. Jeremy, Francis, and Chip from Elite construction were direct, thorough, and made sure I was supported through the entire process. When I wanted adjustments done to the project they gave me options to fit my budget and my style. If I needed questions answered Jeremy was quick to respond. When the results weren’t exactly how I had envisioned, Chip returned and worked with me to get it right. Their work is honest and I would recommend this team to anyone who needs service. I have worked with Francis on numerous projects in and around the Williston area over the last year. He was knowledgeable about the insurance process, very responsive to any questions being from either myself or the insured and was able to help bring multiple insurance claims with different carriers to quick resolutions. After we experienced significant flooding in our finished basement, our flooring was irreparably damaged as a result. Our military insurance highly recommended Elite for our floor repair needs. During our initial interaction, the individuals from Elite, were extremely courteous, patient, & understanding. This helped set our minds at ease, as we have enough on our plates with my spouse serving a two-year tour overseas. From Demo to repair, Elite was a model of customer service & professionalism. Before I end my review, I would like to bring special attention to Francis, Jeremy, Chip, and Cole. Each one of these individuals were immensely helpful & professional, as they expeditiously performed detail-oriented work and went out of their way to ensure that we were more than satisfied with their services. Although each individual involved was excellent, Chip and Cole were stand outs and should be praised for going well above and far beyond even my lofty expectations.
