Karin Ericson is an absolute joy to work with and made this process fun and stress free. I was able to sign documents on my phone while running errands and shopping. She kept me informed of all the details every step of the way. She is personable, smart, professional and I consider her my friend now. I am single and this was my first time buying a house.
