Looking to relocate to the Burlington, VT area from Massachusetts was a daunting task in the market we faced. But we were lucky enough to contact Jonathon Templeton and the Templeton Real Estate Group. Thoughtful, dedicated, understanding--imagining more than just our list of desirable homes. Jon lead us to an opportunity we had not considered and once we liked his idea he stayed with us on every detail of the process--including much more than just the financial issues. While our rating is 5 stars, we think 6 or 7 stars would be a better measure of our satisfaction. We are in our new home now and very happy we had Jon to lead us here.

In the past 10 years my Wife and I have had the privilege to meet and work with Jon & Chelsea as well as the entire Team at Templeton Real Estate. We recently completed our seventh transaction with Jon & Team representing us both as buyers & sellers. In each case Jon always made certain he not only got us the best deal possible he made sure we were entirely satisfied every step of the way. The Teamss communication skills are remarkable, Jon & Chelsea never leave you wondering where your deal stands and when you ask for information you get answers immediately. Buying or selling a home or property is at times very stressful and I personally have a tendency to get a little fired up when things dont go my way but Jon is always level headed and very calm, he helps you see the whole picture and make the best decision possible. Our purchases have both been for our personal homes (2) and investment properties (3), Jon listens to what you want to accomplish and makes certain you can maintain your goals as the deal develops. Jon is not afraid to walk away from a deal if its in your best interest while many realtors only have their bottom line in mind. Im not sure how many more real estate deals my wife and I will make the rest of our lives but I promise you we would never consider calling anyone except Templeton Real Estate! The Team has been extremely professional, caring, punctual & maintain the highest level of integrity. I cant say enough about Jon & Chelsea except to Thank them for all they have done for us, it is rare that you get the opportunity in business to work with such a tremendous Team!

Working with Templeton Real Estate to sell our VT home has been a phenomenal experience from start to finish. My partner and I chose Templeton as we were very impressed by the market research presented and the data supporting the recommended listing price. Templeton has made the process of selling our home very easy and seamless as they are very organized and detail-oriented when it came to important dates like preparing for the initial listing and closing. The professional photography and attention to detail in listing our home helped the listing standout and have a strong initial presentation. Templeton went above and beyond in helping us sell additional furniture that we left behind. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in VT. We hope to work with them again in the future.

I should start this by saying that we didnt want to work with a Real Estate Agency and were planning on selling our home on our own, but Jon convinced me to work with them and Im very glad we did. Templeton Real Estate did a phenomenal job of helping us sell our home. We had an offer within a few days of listing, which, after a little negotiation, turned out to be our buyers. From the beginning to the end of the process we felt like they were by our sides, always in our corner, very responsive to any questions and concerns we had. Both Jon and Chelsea gave us excellent guidance as far as staging for the best outcome, they walked us through all the paperwork, used their expertise to discern which potential offers would be the best to consider, supported us when we were frustrated, and attended our closing. Throughout it all, they brought a great sense of humor when we needed some levity and an ear when we needed it. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends and family and would use their services again without any hesitation. Thanks, Jon and Chelsea!!
