        Staff was very nice and upgraded vehicle is clean. My only comment is why give 2 key fobs if they are locked together? Kind of defeats the purpose, right?

        WOW, what a team of all stars at this location! Last week I was moving (stressful situation) and rented a one-way car rental from this location. Unfortunately, the the agent I spoke with on the phone incorrectly booked me to return at the same location. Garrick and his team resolved this instantly when I arrived to pick up my car. (Saving me hundreds of dollars). In addition, they helped confirm and assure me that my complicated return (Manhattan, NY) would be okay even though I had rented a massive SUV. The return went perfectly and I could not be more grateful. Thanks again!

        National car rental at the Burlington Vt Airport we’re very helpful in dropping the car when I flew into Heritage Avaition Fix Base Operations. Since I did not known the exact departure date they also were very flexible with my return. Great SUV and Great Service, what I expect from National Rent A Car.
