Telephone voice-message box full, and the business website appears to be defunct. If it's closed then why not simply remove the online contact info and don't waste our time? Oh, how I do miss the Yellow Pages business directory in print. This is why the good old days were better than the Biden days.

Worst customer service experience ever trying to return a U-Haul van. Their website says office opens at 8am. Waited for over 1/2 hour until Dave opened up at 9. He was hostile, angry, confrontational, argumentative when I asked him to please check me in. He told me to go to the app to return the truck and refused to assist me. My complaint to U-Haul corporate office resulted in a promise to be contacted by a regional manager to follow-up. This guy deserves all the negative feedback he's going to receive from the corporate office. Steer clear of this place unless you enjoy receiving abusive treatment by an employee who clearly hates his job. The positive reviews must be from friends and family of the owner. They can't be real. It's been a year and I was was never contacted by customer service as promised. Rent A Wreck is aptly named, it's a wreck of a company. Steer clear of them!

Excellent all around.  Even when I got their voicemail, they got back to me. Quick and easy pick up and drop off. Finally, they had two rescue dogs in the office. That says it all!
