Stayed here for a girls ski trip weekend. Loved staying here, everything was perfect from the cleanliness of the hotel, the yummy breakfast every morning to the wonderful staff, all of them. Love talking with the young lady at the front desk, I think her name is Elle. And everything within walking distance. I can't say enough about our stay. Wonderful trip will definitely stay here again.

After spending several hours attempting to confirm a booking, our reservation was cancelled by an impatient and borderline racist manager. Stacey, who spent less than 2 minutes on the phone before deciding "it was best interest to no longer honor our reservation." Did so without taking any consideration to the hours spent trying to confirm an issue. Despite her staff attempting to resolve the issue, when Stacey got on the phone, she determined judge and jury that we were no longer welcomed. When asked to explain her reasoning, she refused and hung up. Then proceeded to file a false complaint with her company. This type of gas lighting and racism should never be tolerated or expected. A family vacation has turned into a complete nightmare. I would not recommend any one who is expecting "fair and equal" treatment to stay here. Hilton and Hampton Inn should both be ashamed that the managing staff they hire are choosing to discriminate who gets to stay at their hotel. And then lie about it to cover themselves.
