I bought a brand new 2023 Aurora Forest River from RV One and it has been the worst nightmare. It was delivered to my seasonal campground June 2, 2023 and on June 23 and June 24 we had planned to stay there the whole weekend. June 24,2023 it started leaking so immediately I contacted Rv One the manager at that time she called me back on June 25,2023 was supposed to send someone immediately never did just like she made no contact after that I tried to make contact everyday and no response. Weeks went by then I was contacted by the manager now. It was a lot of back and fourth finally August 10,2023 almost 2 months later and mold was starting to develop from the leaking they finally sent someone to pick my camper up after they went to look at it and found the problem. Now here it is Just about April 2024 another camping season around the corner, there has been no contact from the manager or anyone at RV One in regards to my camper they have had it in their possession almost 8 months. I was not able to use my brand new camper last camping season and paid for a seasonal that we could not use due to the camper issue of leaking lost that money. I have attempted to make contact twice in the last two weeks since I have heard nothing and I cant seem to get any response back from the manager or anyone there in regards to my camper with any updated status on the issue with my camper. This has been nothing but a nightmare experience with this company and still is with a lot of stress. I wish this nightmare experience on NO one to have to go through and experience. They did acknowledge that the manufacturer did not do their part and making sure it was properly sealed and when Rv One came to look at it before they picked it up they found where the issue was and temp sealed it with what looks like duck to me. I am not one to give a bad review or feedback. I have been more than patient with this company, Im very frustrated and stressed with this entire issue that shouldnt be happening with a brand new $50,000 plus camper. I will not be returning there in the future for anymore business, once I can get this settled and I would recommend others to look around before going there. This was my first time there will be my last as it was not and still is not a good experience for me.

I had researched Winnebago Revels for several years and Blue Compass RV Vermont kept coming up with great online prices. We stopped by on a recent trip to Vermont and decided to purchase. Nick Boraker the sales person was great. The guys who gave the walk through of the van took their time, answered all my questions and provided valuable advice and suggestions. This was an out of state sale and worth the trip to Montpelier.

We bought an Aurora Forest River last October, we bought the extended warranty. There was a few issues, the fridge door was scratched but the biggest issue is the door didnt close when its freezing temperature outside. We tried to call them, emailed, send pictures. No answer. We left numerous messages and nobody bothered to call back. My advice: Buy yours somewhere else.
