My review only pertains to their service department. I made the mistake of booking a service appointment without reading the Google reviews. In a nutshell, despite having scheduled an appointment, for 3 days, nobody even looked at my camper. I made repeated phone calls and would only get an answering machine, saying they would return my call. They didn't. After 3 days of just sitting a field with other trailers, I returned and told them I was taking the trailer somewhere else. "OK" they said with a could-care-less attitude. When I asked for an explanation, they simply said they were short staffed. No apologies. I saw two other customers being told to park their trailer in the same field where mine was parked. They seem to have no problems scheduling appointments despite not having adequate staff.

Worst deal Ive ever been involved in.
Run away ,do not purchase RV here!
Took our money in a matter of minutes .30 days later after numerous phone calls we had finally had enough, rv was still not ready to go .every time we called we would get the run around always sending us back to the same people who werent doing a thing.
We paid extra for the Exterior shield + microbe repel. $1,590 this was never done. Asked for a refund ,again no one would talk to us.two this day we still havent got a holding tank that they where suppose to order.
Will never go here again will go outta state before buying here.
Advise you to do the same

Summers over and rv one never contacted us about our refund. Which I could turn them in to bbb. But they are not a member .
