        When I forgot my leftovers at home I didn't know how I'd ever make it on the Ethan Allen Express line...imagine the pit in my stomach. Luckily HOT came to the rescue. A cafe still abiding by the simple principles of its founding: quality ingredients, deliciously prepared. And served with a smile to boot!

        This was an unassuming breakfast spot that felt like a diner counter/ soda pop shop. They really delivered on flavorful, delicious food. The front counter staff was helpful with meaningful recommendations, and were approachable, fun and charismatic. If you are adventurous, order the Midnight Special drink.
