Reynolds House Bed & Breakfast

Had a great experience. Owner Jeffery very friendly and outgoing. Had great time chatting with him. Made you feel like part of the family. Would stay there again.

The reynolds house inn is a cozy, beautiful bed and breakfast. The room i stayed in was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast were cooked by the hosts and during breakfast they would make wonderful recommendations to do around town. The hosts were also super professional in communication via email. I went to an event while there. The event space was beautifully decorated and the hosts made it so much fun. I will be back again and again after this stay. Thank you to Jeffrey and Eric for making my stay comfortable and fun!

I booked through a third party, they didn't reach out to me until I was outside of thier cancelation policy which was no refund or so. I was charged a late check in fee of around $27 because I wasn't arriving till after 5, even though the room information could have been relayed via email and the key put at the front desk as that is all that happened so I'm not sure the justification for the charger. No transparency.

I was contracted to host a show at the Reynolds House after being informed that a previous safety concern stemming from an employee at Reynolds House had been abated. The show went well, however immediately afterward I was followed by the owner who was increasingly condescending and patronizing about an issue that I was not involved or related to. This got to the point where I had to raise my voice in order for them to leave me alone. Once this happened things spiraled out of control. I got my things and left the property quickly, not returning inside. While waiting for my other party the owner tracked me down outside and continued. I repeatedly told them I would be happy to discuss things tomorrow but this behavior persisted. My understanding is things got much worse afterwards and even resulted in borderline threatening messages sent to other parties that were part of the performance from friends of the owner. While the property is beautiful, the concerns surrounding safety and treatment are so large that I strongly recommend finding other lodging, venue space, or especially a place to drink. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: The talented performers have screenshots of the messages. Taking ownership of your actions is a necessary step towards change. The only person out of control was the owner.

Stayed here with friends, it's the best! Jeffery was super helpful and sweet for our whole stay. Highly highly recommend!!
