This was my 3rd annual exam with Dr. Young, and I've been really impressed every time. He's quick, thorough, knowledgeable, but he'll also take the time to double check if there's any question on anything. He's never remotely dismissive or condescending like some medical professionals can be. On the off chance he hasn't answered your question before you ask it, he's more than happy to explain anything you might be wondering about. Despite scheduling/clerical issues in the past(e.g. waiting over an hour in the waiting room before finally just rescheduling and leaving) I keep coming back, and will continue to do so as long as Dr. Young works here.

took too long to get through the appointment which made me late for my next appointment resulting in a 45 minute wait for me to see my other dr.

The wait was not long, testing my eyes did not take long and I was able to buy my glasses before I left the office. I will go back next January.
