The way they treat their patients is inexcusable. Discriminates against people with disabilities. Utah state code 26-1-33. Individual rights protected. They do not follow this law. Masks are a mode of treatment. Civil rights protected by law. Nothing in this title shall prohibit an individual from choosing the diet, therapy, or mode of treatment to be administered to an individual or an individual's family.

Nothing in this title shall prohibit an individual from choosing the diet, therapy, or mode of treatment to be administered to an individual or an individual's family. The policy they take on without studying the law has everything to do with how they treat their patients. It is completely unconstitutional for anyone to ask for your medical history or tell you what medical treatment to use. There is no law requiring masks & the health department says its only required for businesses to enforce mask wearing among employees, & that they dont enforce it among patrons. Learn the details before assuming everyone CAN wear a mask. They do not follow this law. Masks are a mode of treatment. Civil rights protected by law.
