      image Called made an appointment for 10am thinking my car would be ready in at least 2 hours because of the appointment, well no 3 to 4 hours at least. Doesn't make any sense .

      image They didnt have my car charged when we came in to buy it (everything had been worked out ahead of time so they knew we were coming). They didnt show us any features. They just handed us the keys and said bye. Working w/ them online was ok, but everything in person was awful.
