Alex and store manager she was really rude I asked her phone number she going to office never come back very rude. Customer service standing together talking to each other doesnt know how take care, Customer.

Ending my banking relationship with Chase- came here to close the account. Listening is not the strong suit of the employees here. I started my interaction notifying the teller that my card was closed for fraud. They ask for my debit card spend 3 minutes typing numbers in, just to tell me the card wont work because it was closed for fraud. I had already given a state issued ID, filled out a withdrawal slip with my full account number. Listening can go a long way. On top of the ID, my Chase credit card, chase debit card, a completed withdrawal slip - they still needed OTP for a simple withdrawal. No pending transactions but my account cant close today for some reason. Additionally, they talk to you like you know nothing. Was told that I shouldnt use the debit card which is closed for fraud during my interaction. Anyway - their call centers are overseas anyway so thats why Im leaving. Enjoy the 1 star!

Clean, and nice staff members except some staff members chat with customers while others are waiting.
